My account is blocked. What can I do?
Under the Kapdec User
Code-Of-Conduct, accounts may be permanently blocked for various reasons, including fraudulent money transfers, abuse, unauthorized access to confidential content, excessive consumer complaints, or other violations.
Once an account is blocked under these conditions, the decision is irreversible.
If your account has been locked due to security measures—such as entering an incorrect password multiple times—the lock will be automatically removed after 12 hours. In this case, you can attempt to log in again after the waiting period.
