I have forgotten my password. How do I login to my Kapdec account?
If you're not logged in to your Kapdec account, follow these steps to reset your password on the Kapdec mobile app.
- In the "Sign In" screen, click on "Forgot Password"
- Enter the mobile number and email id associated with your account. If the details don't match, then the system will throw an error. Contact support@kapdec.com or call us at +91 7428633740 in such a case.
- If the entered details are correct, an OTP will be sent to the mobile number for verification. Enter the OTP received and click on "Verify" button. (If you don't receive the OTP, click "Resend OTP" or retry the process by clicking "Sign in again" at the bottom)
- Enter the new password and click "Reset password"
- Now your password has been reset. Sign in with your email id and new password to your account.
