How to use Kapdec Teacher's Dashboard


The Kapdec Teacher’s Dashboard contains all of the important elements for a teacher to manage his/her academy.

The platform provides tools for tracking student progress, and teachers can offer constructive feedback on assignments to support the learning journey. Kapdec performance evaluation model identifies student learning tracking, and their performance on quizzes and exams. Teachers use it to identify learning gaps and provide guidance to students on how to study and where to focus.

At the top of your dashboard, you’ll find a summary of your academy’s performance so far. These are your Key Performance Indicators,   , or in short, called the “KPIs” – the crucial stats that help you gauge your progress.

The three key and most prominent elements that reflect your success include:

  1. Total earnings  – how much you’ve earned so far.
  2. Teaching hours  – the total hours you've taught.
  3. Active classes  – the number of ongoing classes you’re managing.

Naturally, the higher these numbers, the better your progress!

Next, let’s move to the right-hand side menu. Here, you’ll find:

  • Notifications
  • Top-performing courses
  • More detailed insights into your earnings.

In the center section, you’ll see a graph illustrating your course performance over time. Hovering over the graph reveals precise booking numbers each month, giving you a clear view of your growth trends. This data helps you assess how each course is performing, compared to your goals and expectations.

Beneath the graph
, you’ll find the messaging section, where you can see messages from students and new student inquiries.

Moving further down, the Course Status section displays the status of each course you offer, including:

  • Course grades
  • Student ratings
  • Earnings
  • Total enrollments for each course

To the right, you’ll find the Badges section, where you can track your achievements as a teacher. The more you teach, the higher your status!


And finally, at the very bottom of the dashboard, you can track your progress in the courses you’re currently offering.
